This feature provides facilities with an audit-ready log of guest pass issuance, usage, and expiration, ensuring compliance with security protocols. Guest Pass with Access PIN

Guest passes equipped with unique access PINs add a critical layer of security to the InVisit and Avigilon Alta Access integration. During pre-registration or sign-in, visitors receive a PIN tied to their guest pass, ensuring that only authorized individuals can use their credentials for entry.

This feature supports multi-tiered access control, allowing organizations to grant or restrict access to specific areas based on organizational security policies. PINs also automatically expire when the visitor’s guest pass expires, further reducing the risk of misuse by someone else. The integration between InVisit and Avigilon™ Alta Access streamlines user management by enabling Alta users to log in to InVisit using their existing Alta credentials.
